cache: Don't use in-place filter
...
This solves a UI corruption problem by not reusing the hashtable when
purging the cache. The root cause of why the hashtable gets corrupted
when filtering in place hasn't been found.
Fixes #1978 .

Disposables are now registered in a global disposables set. To take advantage of this, subclass disposable instead of providing a disposed slot and call new-disposable instead of new. tools.disposables defines two words, 'disposable.' and 'leaks', to help track down resource lifetime problems
