Rewrite OpenGL rendering code
...
- Don't use glPolygonMode to draw outline rectangles
- Use vertex arrays instead of glBegin/glVertex/glEnd
- Remove dead code from opengl vocabulary
- draw-interior and draw-boundary are now called with origin get [ ... ] with-translation
