Doug Coleman 32f447d796 Since ip4/ip6 services can run on different ports, we must include which version of ip we're using instead of just a port. Make URL objects store an inet4/i nt6/inet object with host/port slots instead of storing host/port slots separately. Stricter error checking on inet4/inet6 tuple creation.
